Welcome to our Online Caterpillar Registration page. We have two forms of registration available to you for your convenience.

You can use the IMS Contact Database system to submit your online application. This system currently works best for users that use Internet Explorer on the Windows Platform. If you have ANY problems using the IMS system we have a second option for you. You can use the Online Application here on this web site.

Whichever online method you use please remember there is a $30 deposit required with your application. You can return here and pay on this web site by going to our Application Fee page and pay via PayPal or credit card. This is a fast secure method for your convenience. In addition, remember that the balance due for the weekend cost is $95 (total cost of $125) is due within 30 days prior to the event.

Flights are for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors (ages 15-18). The candidate must fill out the top portion of this application and the sponsor must fill out the bottom portion. Please DO NOT submit an incomplete application. If information is left off this application, it will not be accepted. If you do not list your contact information, there's no way for us to confirm this application with you. If you can't fill out in person together but still wish to submit your application online, contact your candidate to get the information below.

IMPORTANT: All online applications require parent/guardian fill out this permission form and mail to us prior to the weekend. Please notify us immediately if you cannot attend, others on a waiting list may be able to attend if contact soon enough to prepare.
